Okay so following this line reasoning we either get Eren choosing the path Grisha chose when he walked away from the secret Reiss tunnel to be with his family, OR we get the big reveal of Eren's master plot to keep Zeke alive by impregnating Historia only for his plan to have ultimately backfired since Zeke ended up gaining control of the founder's power anyways.
The first option is kind of weird. I guess in a way Grisha had the succeeded in finding the right reasons to fight after leaving Marley but then he failed to defend his home and ended up having to turn Eren into a titan. Maybe Eren is supopsed to succeed where Grisha failed.
The second option would be kind of funny but also requires Eren to have already planned this all out before he publicly voiced his opinions about the MP's plans, so I think we can write that one off.>>191939765
Why does it have to be an accident? I think this line of reasoning works regardless of whether or not Eren simply wanted a child out of love or had one by accident. I'll admit though the accident part is more convenient because it means we don't have to think about whether or not Eren considered the possibility of his children being used to control titans.
